Just...awesome results came of this project. We took the cremated remains of a beloved dog and mixed it in with molten gold. We poured the gold out into a little pancake shape, chased a design into it and set a diamond in the middle.
The ashes and the gold is attached atop a very textured silver band with a dramatic reverse taper. This ring also has a strong European shank, meaning that it is weighted on the shoulders to keep it from flipping over.
This is a subtle and secret reliquary for the dearly beloved and departed.
