Platinum hollow formed ring – filled with Diamonds!
This ring is a hand-fabricated platinum tube. The metal was formed using the technique of anticlastic raising. Two bands were formed and then hammered and formed into a perfect tube. One band made the inside and formed up (convex), and the other was formed down (concave). We formed it until the edges aligned perfectly and the two rings became a perfect tube/ circle. It was then welded together along the seam- and filled it with 100 teeny tiny full cut VVS half point VVS diamonds. You cannot see the diamonds, but they are definitely in there. When you shake the ring, it sounds like snow falling. It is somewhat impossible to put a price on recreating this. This handmade platinum ring took DAYS to make.
