These pieces have a very special ingredient besides silver, 18k gold, and aquamarines. The magic happens when the metal is molten. We mix in cremated remains and pour out the silver with the ashes in it. The piece is then forged, domed, chased, engraved, and the stone is set. The slight curve in the metal gives a pleasing tactility.
You cannot see the ashes besides the inconsistencies in the surface of the metal- each little divot on the back is a result of the secret ingredient. It does not affect the color of the silver or how the piece wears. The silver and gold is light and bright.
